Jeep Exhaust Systems – MagnaFlow, aFe, & Banks Exhausts

Comments 306 Jeep Exhaust Systems – MagnaFlow, aFe, & Banks Exhausts

Are you looking to increase horsepower and torque, improve efficiency, and save gas? A Jeep exhaust is exactly what you need to get to that next level of performance. Adding larger tires and wheels, a winch, and heavy-duty bumper is essential for going off-roading but they do add a significant amount of weight, which can impact your performance. A Jeep exhaust system will give it that extra boost you need. For the May vote, choose which Jeep exhaust you want installed on the Jeep JK: MagnaFlow, aFe, or Banks Power.

If you’re a tech guy, then you know that your Jeep is propelled by combustion in the engine that is made by igniting an air/fuel mixture. The better the air flow through your engine, the more efficiently it’s going to run and there are 2 main Jeep parts that will maximize your air flow. Next month we’ll take care of the incoming air with an upgraded air filter, but this month it’s all about the Jeep exhaust. A Jeep exhaust system uses a pipe and muffler to direct the used air away from the engine and make room for a new, fresh batch. The faster the exhaust gets rid of that air, the more efficiently your engine will perform. And of course, who doesn’t love the roar of an upgraded exhaust?

Choose which of these 3 Jeep exhaust systems should go on the JK:

MagnaFlow Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System

This is the premium line of MagnaFlow exhausts. Each MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust will give you up to 8 extra horsepower and an additional 13 ft-lbs of torque. Thanks to an all-welded construction with high-quality stainless bands, each exhaust boasts a long lifespan. Plus, it has a really great sound; you’ll love the smooth, deep tone of this single exhaust system.

  • 100% Stainless Steel
  • 2.5″ Tubing
  • 3.5″ Double Wall Tip
  • Mandrel-Bent
  • Single Exhaust

aFe Mach Force Exhaust System

aFe cat-back performance exhausts allow you to boost performance without sacrificing ground clearance thanks to their Hi-Tuck design. Plus, it’s an easy installation; just use the OE-style hangers and band clamps to install it in no time. In recent tests, the aFe Mach Force exhaust provided 13 extra horsepower and 15 ft-lbs of additional torque.

  • 409 Stainless Steel
  • 3″ Tubing
  • 4″ Tip
  • Mandrel-Bent
  • Single Exhaust

Banks Monster Exhaust System
When you install the Banks monster exhaust system, you’ll get a throaty, commanding sound without driving your neighbors crazy. The performance upgrades are enormous; the included muffler flowed 501.2 cfm at 1 psi in testing, which is a whopping 140% better than the stock exhaust. It’s one of the industry’s least restrictive exhausts, practically eliminating backpressure.

  • Stainless Steel
  • 2.5″ Tubing
  • 3″ Turn Down Tip
  • Mandrel-Bent
  • Single Exhaust

Now that this Jeep is almost ready to hit those off-road trails, it’s time to give you some extra security for your cargo. This month we’ll also be installing the Bestop Instatrunk. These Jeep accessories install right into the cargo area behind the rear seats to provide you extra protection from theft and harsh weather. A weatherproof seal keeps moisture out and the Bestop Instatrunk locks tight with your tailgate.
